What Is a Fire Stop Mortar Seal?
A Fire Stop Mortar Seal is a cured cementitious compound applied around service penetrations cables, pipes, ducts and structural openings to restore the fire rating of the wall or floor they pass through. The mortar expands slightly while setting to close every gap, forming a durable barrier that resists fire, smoke, gas and water for up to four hours.

Our Process
