Advanced Fall Protection Systems
As industry-leading safety equipment specialists, we provide comprehensive Full Body Harness solutions designed to protect workers at height. These critical safety systems distribute fall forces across the strongest parts of the body, significantly reducing injury risk during fall incidents. Our harnesses combine cutting-edge ergonomic design with rigorous safety standards to deliver unmatched protection and comfort for all types of elevated work.
What is a Full Body Harness?
A Full Body Harness is a vital piece of personal protective equipment (PPE) designed to safely arrest falls from height while distributing impact forces across the wearer's thighs, pelvis, chest, and shoulders. Unlike older safety belts that could cause serious injury during falls, modern full body harnesses are engineered to maintain an upright position after fall arrest, minimizing the risk of injury and allowing for safer rescue operations. These systems are integral to fall protection programs in construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, and various other industries where working at height is necessary.
Our Product Range
Certified Safety Equipment
Our comprehensive Full Body Harness product line includes specialized designs for construction, tower climbing, industrial maintenance, and confined space rescue applications. All our harnesses meet or exceed ANSI, OSHA, and international safety standards, featuring robust construction, ergonomic design, and advanced safety features to protect workers in various high-risk environments.
Key Components
Technical Specifications
Our Full Body Harnesses are engineered for maximum safety and comfort with components including high-strength webbing (typically 7,000-10,000 lb tensile strength), reinforced stitching, durable metal or polymer D-rings, quick-connect buckles, and padding at critical pressure points. Each harness is designed to meet specific weight capacity requirements (up to 400 lbs including tools) and impact force limitations (less than 1,800 lbs during fall arrest) based on comprehensive safety testing.
Construction Harnesses
Heavy-duty harnesses designed for building construction and general industry applications. Features multiple tool loops, reinforced tie-off points, and padding for all-day comfort during extended wear in demanding environments.
Tower Climbing Systems
Specialized harnesses optimized for telecommunications and utility workers. Features rear D-rings for work positioning, trauma relief straps, and lightweight materials to reduce fatigue during vertical ascents and descents.
Industrial Maintenance
Versatile harnesses for plant maintenance and facility operations. Features front and side D-rings for flexibility, flame-resistant materials, and compatibility with various fall protection and positioning systems.
Confined Space & Rescue
Technical harnesses for emergency response and confined space entry. Features upper and lower attachment points, quick-release buckles, and harness designs that facilitate rescue operations in challenging environments.
Proper Fitting Process
Shoulder Straps
Position shoulder straps over each shoulder, ensuring they lie flat against the body without twisting. The D-ring should be positioned between the shoulder blades at the back.
Leg Straps
Connect and adjust leg straps to fit snugly around the thighs without restricting movement or blood circulation. Ensure all straps are free of twists and tangles.
Chest Straps
Adjust the chest strap to sit at mid-chest level, allowing full range of motion without constricting breathing. The strap should be snug but not uncomfortably tight.
Final Inspection
Check all connections, ensure excess strap material is secured, and verify that the harness fits properly with no more than one hand's width of slack in any strap.
